Our Governmental Affairs Committee tracks and
acts on local, state, and federal issues
affecting business—from taxation to workers’
compensation and growth management. Our close
contacts with city, county, state and federal
legislators promote beneficial business
legislation and opposes detrimental regulations.
The Chamber keeps its membership informed of
important legislative issues.
Professional Development
Expand your company’s professional expertise and

high-quality seminars and workshops. Led by
experts, seminars focus on a variety of business
topics including customer service, sales,
marketing and more.
Business Referrals
The SJC Chamber receives hundreds of calls each
year for referrals of local products and
services. Only SJC Chamber members are referred.

Chamber’s annual Business Directory and on our

Impact on Education
The Chamber Education Committee works with the
Capistrano Valley School District and business
leaders, recognizing that education is the
backbone of our current and future workforce.

well as receive discounts from other businesses
